Design Thinking

I always enjoy the opportunity to collaborate with potential and current clients. It's a powerful thing when they stop referring to the generic term "user" over the course of a workshop; having truly empathized with the target audience, they instead become a true champion of their persona.  "Vikram would NEVER do that. He would want to..."  It's transformative moments like these that get me up in the morning.
